A: There are several possible answers to this:
- The display may have lost power. If this is a discrete input display, verify that there is 110vac present on the 2 outside terminals of the JP1 connector. If this is a Microcomm® input display, verify that there is approximately +24vdc present between terminals 1 & 2 on the J2 connector.
- If the display has power, then it may be due to the presence of an incorrect input signal. Verify that only the current floor signal is active.
- The problem could be caused by incorrect programming of the display. Please contact CE Electronics technical support with the SN# from the white label that is typically found on the side of the transformer so we can determine how the display was programmed.
