In the event that you are unable to see the ENET router from you PC, you may need to check what network it is connected to. The best way to do this is to manually connect a laptop to the ENET and see what IP address it is using. You can then check to see if your PC is able to communicate with it by pinging it from your PCs command prompt window. Follow these steps to accomplish this.
STEP 1.
First it is best to know what the ENET router looks like. Please refer to these guides.

Note that the images show that the properties network connection should be connected to the ENETs first ethernet port. If there is nothing connected there, then the property has not connected the ENET to the network. No need to go any further as this is the primary issue and the properties IT department will need to be contacted to make this connection. Again, DO NOT PROCEED if there is not connection made from the properties network.
STEP 2.
With the laptop, plug an ethernet cable into any open port on the ENET router. If there are no open ports, you can disconnect the last port and plug into that. You are making a direct ethernet connection from the laptop to the ENET router. DO NOT UNPLUG THE PROPERTIES NETWORK CONNECTION IN PORT 1.
STEP 3.
Now that you have connected to the ENET, you can use the WinBox application to see what IP address it is using. If you need to download WinBox, you can find it at this link
You can now connect to the ENET through WinBox by clicking on the listed MAC address.
STEP 4.
Now that you are in the router settings you will see on the left-hand side a menu list. From that menu list select IP, which will open another menu. On the secondary menu select addresses. This will open a window that shows the IP address of every port. All displays are assigned a 172. Your network connection will be ether 1, you may have to drag and extend the address box to see the full address of ether 1, this is the IP address of the ENET that it has picked up from your network.
If you see an address of 0.0.0.0 then your network is blocking connection to the ENET or your network does not allow for DHCP. You will need to contact your IT department to either allow for a DHCP connection, or you will need them to follow these steps to configure a static IP.

Once you have taken note of the ENETs IP address, you can disconnect from the ENET. Please make sure that you reconnect anything that you may have disconnected in order to connect to the ENET routers ethernet port.
STEP 5.
Now that you have obtained the IP address for the ENET router, the PC that you are using to connect to this ENET must be on the same network as that IP address and able to openly communicate with that IP address.
To test this, you can ping the IP address from the PC that you intend to use to manage the content of the Elite PI PRO screens.
Open a command prompt window by typing CMD in your Windows search bar.
In the Command Prompt window, type [ping (IP address of ENET)]. Again, that is "ping" with a space afterwards and the IP address of the ENET router. It should look something like this.
Then hit ENTER on your keyboard.
This will start sending a signal to the ENET router, testing the connection between your PC and the ENET router. A successful connection will return a reply and look something like this.
An unsuccessful test will look something like this.
You can also look up your IP address to see if your PC is on the same network.
Type ipconfig just as it is in the image below and press enter. Then, look for your ethernet settings. Within your ethernet settings, you will see your networks "Default Gateway". In this scenario, it is 10.0.0.1.
Take note of the first 3 numbers, the 10.0.0. Those 3 numbers should match the same 3 numbers in the IP address of the ENET router. If they do not, then your PC is not on the same network as the ENET router, and you will need to contact your IT department to solve this issue.
